Cable Tail for Competition Pro themed joystick

This is just a small part to be added to "Prof Competition 9000 joystick clone" by Kaji_fi, and derivates from that model. Original model (and ones remixed from it) have only a hole for the cable. I wanted to have some support to prevent too much bending and this is what I came up with. Model is of one half, so for one joystick you need to print two of these.
