Includes 2 clips either side to clip the ends of the cable into to prevent unwinding. </p><p>4mm refers to the size of the recess for the cable grove at either end. </p><p>Originally designed / printed @ 10mm height (yellow print) but resized in slicer to be 5mm high and works well also. (green print). </p>
