This uses 0.4mm nozzle 3D printer nozzle cleaning needles which are cut down to size. The needles I bought had a coiled component 1.4mm diameter and 30mm long and straight part 0.4mm diameter and 75mm long. The 2 most peripheral needles are cut down to protrude ~33mm from the base, the remainder ~37mm from the base.
