Simple ball bearing with integral cage and 16 balls. Elliptical grooves allow for easier release of moving parts and slight axial rotation. Instructions Printed with 0.2mm-0.27mm layer height at 60mm/sec, some balls printed with flaws but bearing still turns with minimal radial play. When breaking loose work inner race up and down until free, repeat with cage and rotate to loosen balls. A little silicone spray inside will really let it spin nicely.
