Cal 7 97mm Motor pulley

This is the motor pulley i made for the boostedboard for when using Cal 7 - 97mm wheels since the abec 11 motor pully couldn't fit my new wheels. They are made for these wheels: https://goo.gl/CWKDFk Prints fine with teeth on the build plate without support if using some cooling. Original belt cannot be used, the belt need for using this motor pulley is: Belt: 243-3M-15 Belt cover needed: https://goo.gl/fMyX22 The belt used on the images is only 10mm wide since Ebay sent me the wrong ones, it is designed for 15mm wide belts so will change them out once i receive the correct ones. I was prototyping with PLA and final product was printed in PETG. Cooling is important due to the angle on the inner wall. I tried printing with 0.3 layerheight but i was not able due to the angle on the inside wall. I am using Prototype 7, they printed fine. On Prototype 8 i have added 3mm extra on the diameter that goes over the belt to protect it. On PT7 the width of the ring is the same as the belt so no protection when going over things. Will be using Prototype 8 once my 7's is bound for change. I printed with 5 perimters, 5 top/bottom layers for strength.
