Cal Kestis' Lightsaber

Just in time for Star Wars Day 2020! Cal Kestis' lightsaber from Jedi: Fallen Order! Integrating the mangled end of the saber was a challenge and a lot of fun. Personally I printed the Emitter Shrouds, Emitter C and Outer Chamber with supports generated in Cura. The Emitter Shrouds are tricky pieces, depending on just how reliable your printer is at build plate adhesion, you may be able to get away without any supports, but if it's something your printer struggles with, you may want to re-orient the part. The connection between the Exposed Internals and the Mangled Grip is a little tricky. There is a small rectangle of raised sculpt on the Exposed Internals that lines up to a corresponding spot on the Mangled Grip, it's best to line those up and insert it at an angle. Let me know if you're struggling with the Exposed Internals piece, I waffled over scaling the Exposed Internals down a bit to help, and I can if needed. In addition, the Mangled Grip and Exposed Internals are meshes that were passed back and forth between rhino and ZBrush to capture all of the detail and sometimes some slicers dislike those pieces, but I not encounter any issues with Cura. All of the STLs are in the orientation I printed them. Happy printing and may the force be with you, always.
