This is not the best model ever and there are tons of people better at designing things than I am here, but I didn't see any files for this particular cosplay item so I ended up making my own. I wanted to punt my PC out the window several times while modeling this, and there are some weird artifacts on the buckle portion, but everything appears to print properly with good slicer settings. This buckle is meant to be sanded, primed, and cast in another material such as resin so that a metal wire can be embedded in the back of the tongue. The wire is what will allow the tongue to grip onto the rest of the belt and make it a functional buckle. See the pictures for further illustration. To fit the 1.25" belts I used, I ended up printing the model at 116%. I sanded the print, primed it with a spray primer, made a mold from Moldstar 20T, and cold cast it with Mehron metallic powder in Silver and Amazing Casting resin. Acrylic paints were used for weathering. Any questions, let me know! I'm not too tech savvy on the modeling end but I do a lot of molding and casting.
