Caliburn Scar barrel for AF waffle darts

This one is scaled to print with my PLA and fit a stock caliburn barrel (or any 16.1mm OD). My son uses Adventure Force full lengths and a K31 spring. I expect very little to no impact on FPS but I don't have a way to measure that. ABS is recommended for a final print due to the thin design. Most people seem to use a pretty low twist (higher number). I've tried the 1:8 and 1:18 from V2 and there wasn't much difference. V1 had a looser fit and the 1:18 seemed better there, but now with the optimal fit in v2 there seems to be little difference between these two ends of the spectrum. **V2 It takes me about 100 darts to break these in** 1:6 1:8 (tested) 1:10 1:12 1:14 1:16 1:18 (tested) 1:20 1:22 1:24 1:26 **V3 beefed up to handle battle use :)** 1/18 (tested) 100mm of 7 "string" rifling My printer is calibrated for dimensional accuracy. Scale this appropriately in x/y to fit your situation and filament. Ex for ABS it will need to be scaled to around ~100.5% in cura to account for filament shrinkage with a heated chamber. Use the cura picture and print like that until your scaling is correct so you don't waste filament. **The fitment means everything on these** so use your 16.1mm barrel fit to get the print calibrated on your equipment/filament. It should fit on snug but be removable. Use only thin single layers of tape to fit if anything. Any more tape than that and the ID of the rifling will be compromised. What I learned...The printed Scars are tempermental. The ID is critical and must match your darts for maximum efficiency. +/- .3mm is all it takes to be too tight or too loose. That leads us to the next thing... These things do wear out, but not extremely fast.
