I've designed these objects in order to save time and material during pure calibration phases. The larger the preciser (logically). Although the rounded corners should not interfer with measurments, a bad jerk may still mislead results. Place your caliper diagonally between walls wihtout touching the corners if you're not sure (as shown in the picture).

Ø 0.4 optimal print settings :
Layer height : 0.25 mm
Wall lines : 2 (0.8 mm)
Top layers : 0
Bottom layers : 4 (1 mm)
Fill gaps : Nowhere
Infill : 0%

Note : the "Flow" mesh needs 4 lines (1.6 mm). Overlaping and flow compensation may mislead results, but they should be left enabled IMO because they reflect real printing conditions. The more wall lines you'll print, the better accuracy you'll get thanks to the reduced error range.
