Cam clamps are often used for luthier work, and other types of woodworking needing more gentle clamps. Here are two (a 6-1/2" and 8-1/2") that can be printed and combined with a piece of aluminum bar and a few roll pins. Instructions are in the CamClampHow2.txt file. These are based off of plans from Wordsmith Plans (c) 2013.
