Since I couldn't find an existing Cam Cleat thingamabob I decided to model one up in Fusion 360. This is designed to be printed in one piece (print in place) and the supports are easily removed. (there are only 2 small areas that need supports) I printed these in PETG (no-name brand) and they turned out surprisingly strong, as well as holding very securely!
