Cam Holder with screw hole & zip tie notches

The screw hole can be used to mount the webcam if it needs one. Included some small notches on the sides of the bracket to help with zip ties to route the usb wires. The webcam I have is a little on the heavier side so the Vinacc was the correct shape, but I needed it thicker and with the screw hole/zip tie notches. I might go with one that is a little shorter on the Z-axis so it looks horizontal instead of angled down a little. May post updated versions once I decide if I'm getting a nicer webcam to work with Octoprint/Octorant.
