Cam Mount for iPod Touch/Phone or Android Phone

For some years I was shooting video with one hand and driving my RC vehicles with the other hand. I need it to come up with something that I can use for a third hand while I am driving my RC vehicles with total control. The only device that was able to do that is a Gopro camera with the accessories like a head strap.to mount the camera onto the user's head. The problem is I do not have a Gopro camera and it costs just as much as an iPod Touch. Since I have an iPod Touch that it can be used it as a substitute camera. So I decided to come up with this design and to have this cam mount made and use the Gopro accessories that I bought at Best Buy for $10.64 so I do not have to design a head strap like others did. This can be used on the iPod touch/iPhone 5th and 6th generation. And this can also can be used on android phones as well. If you wish to download this file you will see in the photos on how this device is put together. the Screws that you will need is two 3x6mm screws. I must warn you in some of the photos that super glue is being used along with some toilet paper to fill in the gaps between the joint to add some friction so this device will work right and not be too lose. Why because depending on the accessories that one has and the 3-D printing process and the design in regards to the measurement in the cad files in some cases they may not be 100% accurate because I noticed this in my case as I design a earlier prototype to test out this idea to see if this concept works? and the concept did work out. So I went ahead and design this device. And the last thing when the device is completed and install on the head strap you will need something like as you see in the photos to strap one smart device in my case an iPod Touch unto this device. So good luck and have a good time printing this device.
