<p>The factory battery cover on my OLYMPUS BLS-50 has no clip and is easily lost.<br><br>This replacement cover has a dimple finger grip which serves as a neat friction catch. &nbsp;The cover is lightweight, quick to print and protects exposed contacts from accidental shorting.<br><br>Print in VASE mode or you will end up with a nice rectangular paperweight!<br><br>I prefer using PETG for this. &nbsp;PLA will work but may lose some tension in the dimple over time. &nbsp;<br><br>I also prefer using a 0.6 nozzle to give a slightly more robust case, but a 0.4nozzle will work if the model is scaled down slightly.<br><br>To scale the model for a smaller nozzle or different sized battery, in the “object manipulation” box in PrusaSlicer, set the coordinates to “Local coordinates”, click on the lock icon to unlock the scale factors, and adjust the X and Y dimensions calculated using the following formula:<br>Battery dimension + .05 + (Nozzle diameter x 2)&nbsp;<br><br>Adjust the Z dimension to suit the height you wish to make the case.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/218188/rich_content/a383febb-cd30-4878-b846-c4c8d69f177e/screen-shot-2022-06-01-at-85212-pm.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%226f3f5c79-2eda-43fe-8007-141f858b9081%22%2C%22w%22%3A4114%2C%22h%22%3A2358%7D"></figure><p>&nbsp;</p>
