It's probably over-engineered for what it is, but my printed versions allows for an extension away from the vertical pillar of 800mm with very little sagging. Print: - 2x Inner shell - 2x Outer shell - 2x Wheels etc Total filament used is around 2KG of PLA+ at the documented print settings. Possibly Incomplete BOM: - 12 x M8 x 75mm countersunk screws - 4 x M8 x 75mm button head screws - 4 x M8 x 35mm button head screws - 20 x M8 nuts - 16 x 608ZZ roller bearings - 120mm arca-swiss clamp. The cheap ones on eBay have holes spaced 30mm apart (from their centres), and match the arca-clamp end STL included here. The sketchup files are at 10x size to work around its habit of limiting the resolution of circles. My printed version is 1.5m high, with an arm length of 800mm. Terrible build notes: * The inner and outer shells are screwed together at 90 degrees to each other, secured with the 35mm screws. * The shells are held together at their corners by 4x M8 x 75mm countersunk screws. * Each shell has a set of fixed wheels, secured with 2x M8 x 75mm countersunk screws. Use the tall spacers for the bearings. * Each shell has set of adjustable wheels on the opposite side. Press in the eccentric spacers, and use the short spacers + a single M8 nut to secure these. Ensure that you put the "open" side of the wheels against the spacers or they will not spin freely. * When building, it is easiest to make one module first, then screw the second module's inner shell to the matching inner shell at 90 degrees.
