Camera lens hoods' price varies, some can be around $20, while some going up to as much as $100. So I decided to make one for myself. Using Inventor to design it and using the school 3D Printer, this is a camera lens hood for Canon 7D 28-135mm lens. It should work on every camera with a 28-135mm lens. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Post-Printing I used yellow filaments because the black filaments aren't working, but you can definitely use any color you wish. How I Designed This Measuring the exact dimensions on the camera lens, applying them into Inventor 2016, and making certain parts to be a clearance of the lens so it will fit perfectly while not damaging the lens itself.
