I've designed this to mount up my old photolights to a PA-tripod. The main reasons for this is the stability and the possibility to adjust it to a high of two meters. you will also need: - 1/4" x 20 mm hexscrew - M5 x 35 mm hexscrew - M5 safetynut - maybe some glue (to hold the insert and 1/4" screw in place)
