This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4guXQtcoIkM This part is printed in 3 pieces, the slot on each end of the spine is made to the exact same size as the ribs, on purpose. It was made that way to give a snug fit, once you sand it down a bit, not really that much sanding is required but it will require it in order for the rib to fit. Once inserted it will need to be glued, The glue necessary. These were printed at 30% infill instead of the default of 10%, pitch of 0.2. These settings made the part very solid feeling and, it seemed, more flexible. I am hoping to add more pictures of the part in use as well as how much it had to flex in order to be installed. I honestly thought it would break initially.
