For when you need a microphone stand, but all you have is a camera tri-pod. Threads to fit a common Shure SM58 Microphone Clip or other standard microphone clip, to screw on to the bolt of a standard camera mount. Works well on a Manfrotto brand Tri-Pod. Might be a little stiff, trust me, it works.
