While looking online I saw that they had folding wooden music stands "back in the day". Usually called Campaign Furniture, or in this case Campaign Music Stand. The one I saw on an antiques site was from the early 1800s and had seen better days.

Being an amateur musician, this peaked my interest, so ... I tried to make one.

You will need some M3 bolts and nuts to make it work.

7 x m3 hexagonal nuts.
5 x m3 by 10mm bolts.
2 x m3 by 16mm bolts.
2 x 21cm long pieces of filament (acts as the hinges).

With the spine outer, it is best to print this with the BIG space upwards. Orientation of the other parts should be fairly obvious.as in the orientation in the stl file.

The 2 x 21cm long pieces of filament (acts as the hinges). One end of the shelves has a hole in it. Once you've got the two parts of a shelf lined up, insert the filament in here. If the filament is too long, simply cut a small bit off. Once you push the filament all the way into the hinge it should "clip" behind a "wall" to hold it in.
