The university campus building design is a detailed preliminary model by professional architects. The low-poly mesh allows easy editing of geometry and addition of features. It covers an area of 0.8km x 0.8km and was created using 3ds Max 2011. This model is ideal for exterior visualization, realtime and game use, architecture, consulting, and education purposes. The units used are in centimeters. The mesh has clean edge flow and all furniture and foliage are instances with random scale and rotate for easy replacement. Scene objects are organized into layers such as BLD_glass, BLD_campus, ENV_buildings, ENV_terrain, and ENV_trees. All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. Materials include V-Ray materials and textures in JPG and TIF formats. All objects are UV mapped and materials are named properly. No third-party plug-ins are needed for this model.
