This model is engineered for spiral printing. I printed it on a Rostock Max v2 at a layer height of 0.2mm, wall thickness of 0.4mm, scaled up 2.5x using Cura software, and then printed it in clear ABS plastic at a speed of 50mm/s and a temperature of 235C. The final product is approximately 15 inches tall. As for filling it with treats, I have grand plans to use it as a Christmas gift filled with M&M's candies. My goal was to take the original object by mechg and break it into two separate pieces. This modification will provide a smooth connection between them at the base. The Openscad file contains these changes. Additionally, it narrows down the nose cone slightly for overlap reasons and adds some cutouts in strategic areas for better support where there's a change in diameter. If you want to try it without modifications, I included the rocket2_fixed.stl file which is the original object but cleaned up using Netfabb software. I had two different top designs created: one with a solid base known as rocket3-top, and another called rocket3b-top with a hole in its base for unique display options.
