CanLite ESP32 CAN Development Board Case
thingiverse
Voltlog has a ESP32 based CAN development board that I thought looked nice. But as with the programmer I do not like to leave it totally unprotected. Especially if I shall use it in a car. ( https://www.tindie.com/products/voltlog/canlite-esp32-can-development-board// ) But I do not like to run it powered and not protected so I made this small case. I decided not to have access to the programming port directly, so you need to open the case to program. I also added some protection for the antenna but have not yet tested if it is to much plastic to hinder the signals... Now tested and verified that both types of programming ports can be mounted on the PCB. I use m3 12mm long screws... that acts as feet's also... 13mm would be prefect... or 14 with nyloc nut.
