Canning Funnel for Pint or Half Pint Wide Mouth Ball or Mason Jar

About this time of the year I make and can my own cranberry/cherry compote. I didn't have a canning funnel so I tried a similar Thingiverse funnel but it was either for a different jar or scaled wrong for standard wide mouth ball/mason jars. I designed a new one for proper fit. Instructions The funnel was redesigned in Solidworks 2013 then printed on an Ordbot Hadron Printer in ABS with a modified QU-BD stepstruder. It was printed using a 1.75 mm ABS filament with a layer thickness of .2 mm (200 microns) and an 85% fill factor with scaffolding support on. After various experiments I settled on a wall thickness of .060 in thickness (1.5mm) as a good balance between sturdiness and the amount of the filament used. A thin wash of Acetone will seal the surfaces nicely. ABS Printing was performed at 235C on clear Monokote film over a heated glass bed at 110C for the first layer and 100C for all subsequent layers. Aquanet Extra Super Hold was sprayed on the Monokote to insure stick down. I've had no ABS stick down issues since I began using the above technique.
