This is a modification of Canning Jar Lids by AlexEnglish ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19105 ), relying on the Thread Library by syvwlch ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8793 ). Modifications: Enter a value for the diameter of the cutout to create a ring instead of lid Easily modify the low-poly grippiness to create smooth rings Included is an example .stl for a wide-mouth canning jar ring. Don't forget to download the Thread Library and make sure OpenSCAD can find it. Print Settings Notes: I printed this after scaling X and Y by 1.01% to work around printer sloppiness (evident in the photos).
