<p>I modeled this after a real cap, except its flat instrad of round for printability. The OD of the crush bars should be 1.380“ where they meet the cap. Mine measured 1.378, 1.375 and 1.380 and it fit snug. I made it from black Overature PETG. 0.2 mm layers. Cap is flat on too so you Can print it upside-down with no support needed. I would like it if this had an O-ring to help keep out crud. Someday if I ever get bored I may work on a new revision. </p>
