Canoe Rodholder v1

I need to work on this but this is first part of the idea. This holder is some kind of clamps. Same clamp on both sides. Similar clamps we have in engines to hold air filter case etc. My intention was to make holder which is strong and rigid. There is no chance that you will open this clamp when zou move your rod. This solution allow for quick mount and unmount etc. Still to work on rest of this holder. Any idea/comments - plz let me know. ----------------------------- Did some update. As I don't have time for such things I did what it should be done for complete canoe rod holder :) How it works - every one see :) But for me there is important that the knob is easy to grab - sometimes when you or on fishing you have wet hands (water/fish). With this knovb it's east to manipulate. Next thing that there is one knob for rod position control. With one knob you can turn rod in vertical and hotizontal position. Next thing - I have add some holes in the metal part of the rod holder - when you need to catch on line, bait or hook.
