Canon HF G21 Multipurpose Professional Handle

The Canon HF G21 Multipurpose Professional Handle or the terrible acronym CHG21MPH V1.0 is a modular handle system for the Canon HF series of cameras, specifically the Canon HF G21 which I own and thus designed this for. Now You will need a rear mini shoe to regular shoe adapter (eBay) and I can't promise you that this will have the proper dimensions if your mini shoe adapter has different dimensions than mine, but it should be easy enough to adjust with some 3D editing software if it doesn't match up. --PRINT SETTINGS-- I would do at least 3 wall lines. I printed mine at a layer height of 0.21875 and 15% infill (octet) and it seems very strong. --HARDWARE-- Couldn't be easier, go to your hardware store with the part in hand and find some short screws and wingnuts that fit (what, did you think I was going to provide part info? MUHAHAHA). I will say that the wingnuts provide a little extra insurance that the handle won't just slip off, as the rear one won't allow the rear shoe to slip from the shoe adapter mount. --HANDLE vs MULTISHOE vs GRIP-- As you can see there is either a handle that's large and makes carrying the camera super easy, or you can go with the multi-shoe which will still give you an upper grip (if you use nuts instead of wingnuts) and also some shoes to mount a light and/or mic on. Alternatively there is a grip cover for the main assembly if you just want a small and grippy handle. --TERMS-- All the usual, if you use this thing you take the risk of destruction of your camera into your own hands yada yada yada, don't be a moron. Released as public domain, so do what you want with it. I'd appreciate attribution, but it's not necessary.
