This grip adapter thickens the grip of Capbell Dumbbell from 1" diameter to 1.6". It is designed specifically for Cap Barbell 40-Pound Dumbbell Set. Two halves fasten together with zip ties, make sure you use the proper strength zip ties. I wrap the grip with gaffer tape for comfort.
