Glue several layers of tin foil onto the underside, carefully inserting a screw into shelf so that its head is wedged underneath the lip. Make sure there's a solid connection between the foil and then solder a wire directly to the screw end. Additionally, consider applying capacitive paint for an extra secure bond between the screw and the foil.
