Cappelletti or Tortellini Pasta Cutter

This is a Cappelletti or Tortellini pasta cutter that I designed for the Home Chef who wants to make it easier on themselves making pasta shells at home. One can say Cappelletti are another stuffed Italian pasta that resembles Tortellini and visa versa both are staples of Emilia-Romagna cuisine. But who don't like stuffed pasta right? Pasta cutters works very fast, roll out your dough and get pressing those squares.. Filling and folding takes a little longer but the more you do it the faster it becomes. The cutter model print with no rafts or brims but do need support everywhere at a 65% angle thou. I print with a 20% infill and model sizes are adjustable. (Model size: 60 x 60 x 36.5) The cutter is 2'inch but can be decreased if you want even smaller. For me this was a good size but tweak your own. I make mine and freeze them till needed. I like to prepare them boiled in a meaty broth for 4 to 5min.
