Captain Phasma Helmet: Smoother and Hollow

Bigger update: Since you're here looking at this helmet, you should probably be looking at Geoffro's version here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1343844 Update: I used what slightly more knowledge I gained from Blender to make what might be an improved version. Check out Captain_Phasma_Helmet_r02.stl. I messed around with Blender and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:973129 to smoothe it out and turn it into a manifold, yet hollow, helmet. I haven't had time to try printing it yet, but I thought I'd get it out there for others who might be feeling enthusiastic. The size is a rough swag, determined by putting a box on my head and measuring the box :) Probably too big to fit on most printer beds anyway though. Print Settings Printer: DIY Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Notes: From what I've seen, I'd suggest rotating X by 180 degrees for the best results.
