Captain Proton's ray gun and jetpack controller

This is [Captain Proton](http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Captain_Proton)'s gun from Star Trek Voyager. Also useful as a general purpose 1950s ray gun. I made it by starting with a jpeg photo of a prop, tracing it manually in Inkscape, and then exporting some parts as paths and others as inflations using my [inflatemesh](https://inkscape.org/cs/~arpruss/%E2%98%85inflatemesh) plugin. It would probably look better painted than just printed in blue, but then it might be dangerously confused for a real gun from the distance. If the pegs don't fit well, sand them or resize them to 98%. I am also including a slight remix of John Lewis's (["propaholic"](http://discuss.fleetworkshop.org/u/propaholic)) Captain Proton chest plate as part of the same costume, a cylindrical knob for the top two adjustment dials, and a slight remix of the [pointer knob](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2598979) by sb43201. **Revisions:** Added knobs for jetpack. Added knurling. Added handle inset. Added pegs for joining halves. Improved gunsight.
