I drew inspiration from the cover image of this OpenSCAD tutorial project but created it on my own using Solidworks. Amaze your friends and family and leave them stunned, asking "How did you pull that off??"\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: MakerBot\nPrinter: MakerBot Replicator Mini\nRafts: Yes\nSupports: No\nResolution: 0.2\nInfill: 10%\nNotes: I printed a second one in black and concluded that supports are not necessary, but rafts are crucial to secure the sphere. To fix the issue with the sphere's base wobbling as layers were added, I adjusted the Makerbot print settings, specifically "Minimum Gap" under Raft settings, so that the raft underneath the sphere connected with the raft underneath the cube part.
