What I've done is to take Raul Rojas' desk stand design and add a couple of accessories to mount it to the car's air vents. One of the accessories allows more movement but exerts a greater moment on the grille, so it tends to fall. For me, the one named VentSupport2 worked best. I also took the audacity to modify the desk base so that it is not necessary to add weight to it.
