I didn't like many of the plans out there for car deadlift frames, so I redesigned using inexpensive 75x75x5mm SHS. Small hatches should be around 150kg/330lbs, with weights going up from there.825mm wide handles @ 400mm/16" pickup height.All SHS is capped with 3mm/0.125" plate which is inexpensive to cut, however these can be omitted if you don't care about the cosmetics.
