Car-Mount for Smartphone

Car-Mount for Smartphone

This is my first model - so be kind with me. ;) It is the first real useful print for myself. Having the LG E900-Windows Phone 7 (I really like it, btw) - I needed a way to place it in my car (Kia Rio) to use it for navigation. I just plug it into the ventilation slots of my car, turn it 90 degrees and I'm fine. This car-mount therefore is extremely usefull for me and fits perfect here, but may be useless for others. At least you may need to adjust it to your needs. Instructions Print Baseplate Part 1 an 2. Print 2 connectors and use hot-glue to connect the two Baseplates. Print 4 sideholders and hot-glue them to the baseplate. Print the ventilation-mount and assemble in in the back of the base plate. You may need to cut out some plastic or to adjust the ventilation-mount-OpenSCAD File as it did not fit very well with my print (maybe I miscalculated it). Enjoy. ;)
