CAR TRUNK NET HOOKS

CAR TRUNK NET HOOKS

thingiverse

Wanted a cargo net in my car trunk, but the net didn't come with hooks to mount. So I designed and made my own. I have a cargo net in my Jeep, so I patterned it similar to one from the hooks in the Jeep. This can be scaled to whatever configuration needed. In the bottom is a pilot hole so you can drill to whatever depth is needed and thread in a screw or whatever. The side panels in my trunk are rigid, so I used a panhead phillips sheet metal screw with a fender washer from behind the panel and screwed the hook on. Print Settings Printer: FFCP Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .02 Notes: Black ABS, 100% fill. 235 deg extrude, 100 deg plate. Post-Printing Once the supports are removed, clean up any burrs so the net hooks do not get frayed. How I Designed This TurboCad
