<p>Sometimes I'd like to take a photograph from the car when it is inconvenient to get out and set up a tripod. &nbsp;This window clamp attaches to the top body &nbsp;of the “Mini Tripod … by Javier” replacing the tripod feet. &nbsp;The window clamp &nbsp;securely holds the camera to the car window for a stable shooting platform if I remember to turn off the engine.</p><p>Assembly of the Window Clamp:</p><ul><li>A piece of 1 or 2 mm foam can be glued to the Pressure Plate to increase friction against the window glass.&nbsp;</li><li>Place the Pressure Plate in the slot of the Bracket and pass the Guide Pins through the lateral holes in the Bracket and glue them into the holes in the Pressure Plate. &nbsp;Take care not to get glue on the Bracket as the Guide Pins must slide freely through the Bracket holes. &nbsp;</li><li>Screw the Pressure Screw into the Bracket.</li><li>Slide the Bracket into the Body-Bottom, center, and glue into place.</li></ul><p>Assembly of the Knurled Knob for attaching the camera to the Head:</p><ul><li>Purchase ¾ inch long ¼ coarse thread hex-head bolt.</li><li>Pass the ¼ inch bolt through the hole in the Knurled Knob seating the hex head in the slot.</li><li>Glue on the Knurled Knob Disk to hold the bolt in place.&nbsp;</li><li>Pass the threaded end of the bolt through the hole in the Head before attaching the Head to the Body Top. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>Assemble the Head and Body-Top as described in “Mini Tripod … by Javier” using the following purchased components:</p><ul><li>1x M5x40mm screw (body)</li><li>1x M5 nut (body)</li><li>1x M6x80 screw (head)</li><li>1x M6 nut (head)</li><li>2x M6x18x2 rubber washers (head)</li></ul>
