Due to the very absence of tolerance I couldn't manage to solve this puzzle the easy way, so I just redesigned it in OpenSCAD. The Openscad-file takes two parameters: d = 10; //base cube thickness / piece height cl = 0.2; //Tolerance Your puzzle will be 5 times bigger than de base cube thickness. So 5cm in this case. A tolerance of 0.2 millimeters is a lot. But it helps to solve the puzzle easily.
