Carcassonne organiser for big box 2 from ten (10!) years ago. The original box was far too big to conveniently lug around. You don't have to print the meeple holders - you can just put all the meeples in the compartments in the base meant for the meeple holders. The scoreboard could also be foregone if you are fine with using the phone app. Otherwise, 12 meeple holders are needed to hold all the meeples. 2 for each set (top and bottom). Then a rubber band can be used to keep them together.
