Carcassonne Farmer City Counters

When scoring the farmers at the end of [__Carcassonne__](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/822/carcassonne) it is easy to lose count of which cities you have scored. By using these meeples the scoring will be simpler, and more correct. For each city, you count, place one of the meeples on it. If you use them sequentially, then it will be even easier to add up the score :-) I've made 20 meeples, which should be enough.
