Here it was used standard, built in 3ds Max Hair and Fur WSN, not vray fur. No special plugin needed to open scene. All materials are included and mapped. *********************************** In 3ds fbx obj formats - Hair and Fur WSN it is converted in mesh, I don't advise to use these variants in your interior because the image will be more rough. Only using an original max-format, with Hair and Fur the image will be such, as on given renders. *********************************** On one of pictures the model is shown against an interior.
