This is a tool to remove actuators/covers/rocking button things on Contura Series V switches made by Carling. They're available online for about $7, but you can print one in about 15 minutes. Use PLA because it needs to be a harder (and still easy to remove) material, then just slide it under the switch, and the button popps right off!
