Y -place handle end caps into center spindle on your Zoetrope -download Free strobe app for Iphone or Android. For IOS I recommend iLights Flashlight as it has a fast strobe setting but feel free to experiment and share your best app. Link to App I dont have acess to an Android Phone but there are lots of options too. -Set strobe to fastest setting keeping the light away from your eyes. -spin Zoetrope and set your sights on a single point in the circle -for best results view in a semi dark environment and keep at about arms length. -speed and apparent animation direction will depend on spin and strobe speed. The more constant both are the better. The videos were made with a record player. -for more fun, shine led onto a wall for over-sized animated shadow puppets! Dont forget the Handle or recordplayer adapter!
