This is a really simple print, but it's one of the most useful I've done. When I got antique furniture from my mother a few years ago my wife was worried it would score our wooden floor with the metal castors it had. I just drew up two circles in fusion 360, extruded them to different heights and put internal and external fillets on it. Internal diameter is 33mm which was perfectly sized for the castors I needed them for, but if you need bigger or smaller (although 33mm is pretty small already) it's easy enough to scale it in X and Y in Prusa slicer. I used this method to enlarge the part slightly for some larger castors as shown in the cover photo for this, the one on the left is bigger than the one on the right and by scaling it the wall thickness increases slightly too.

I printed it with 50% infill which seems to be holding up well after about 4 years but anything over about 25% should be good. I also used PLA which again is holding up well, but PETG, ABS or even TPU should do well too.

The .3mf file is directly out of Fusion360 so there are no print settings embedded, but default settings for your chosen filament should be fine, just make sure the infill isn't too sparse as you'd be likely to smash through the base when you sit down.
