Version 1 - 19/04/2016 Still printing all files. I designet a carriage for corexy printers with a E3D hotend. It´s designed for LM10UU bearings that means for 10mm smooth roods. The Distance between the smooth roods is 51mm (center to center). Part List: 1x 30mm Fan (for the Hotend) 2x 40mm Fan (Print cooling fan´s) 6x M3x30mm or 5x M3x30mm + 1x M3x35mm if you want to use a bed leveling Sensor 6x M3 Nuts 2x M3x30mm to stretch the GT2 belt 1x M4x30mm 1x M4 Nut 1x M4 Washer (for the Hotendclamp) 1x M4 to Mount some Cable chain in the top hole I recommend to use this carriage with those y sliders, then you will have a perfect leveled gt2 belts:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1410678 Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: GRR NEO Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 30%-40% Notes: I recommend to lay the side with the gap for the Hotendclamp down on the bed works great for me. that means the holes for the bearings are showing upwards.
