Cartoon Bomb (No Supports or Glue Required)

<p>A simple cartoon bomb that's fun to print and assemble. No supports are required, and this print will assemble without using any adhesives or glue.&nbsp;</p><p>This bomb has a diameter of 80mm. For best results, print in two separate colors.&nbsp;</p><p>You can probably print the <strong>hemispheres with 15% or 20% infill</strong>, but for best results, print the <strong>screw and wick pieces with 100% infill</strong>. Also a brim on the bottom of the screw and wick seems to help create a cleaner print.</p><p><strong>When assembling, be careful not to torque or over tighten the screw on pieces.</strong> The screw will snap and break if you continue twist the two halves (remember that the screw piece is plastic and will break when too much force is applied).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The model in the photos were printed on my MK3S+ using the following materials/settings:</p><ul><li>Black/White Hatchbox ABS (stock Prusaslicer Settings)</li><li>0.4mm stock nozzle</li><li>0.2mm layer height (quality mode)</li><li>100% Infill for screw and wick pieces (white pieces)</li><li>15% Infill for black pieces</li><li>No supports</li><li>Brim on all pieces</li><li>Textured PEI sheet</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I am a 3D modeler, and this is my original creation!
