Cartridge Lid Strut, Atari 400 & 800

Cartridge lid interlock switch actuator for using taller cartridges in an Atari 400 or 800 computer where the lid cannot be closed. This strut keeps the switch depressed and the lid keeps the strut in place. Open the cartridge lid and insert the cartridge. Insert the bottom end of the strut into the interlock switch plunger opening, and slide the top end of the strut so that the tab fits between the forks of the strut. To remove the strut, follow the installation steps in reverse order. The strut can be stored in the cartridge compartment.
