Extendable to a length of about 3 feet, collapsible to a length of about a foot. Extends using spring loaded buttons on the sides, such as on most pool skimmer poles. The cloth connects to the head via three hooks on the top of the head where the cloth is stretched around (the cloth will have holes). The head connects to the casing through a pivot joint. Head is a 7 inch diameter circle.
